Leah employs a client-centered approach, grounded in empathy and collaboration, to foster a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. She integrates evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
